CHANGE IN TOUR ITINERARY

WedStay reserves the right to modify, amend, or change any part of the tour package or itinerary before or during the trip. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes as early as possible. If changes occur during the tour, our representatives will notify you, and we request your cooperation. Any grievances regarding service changes will not be entertained during or after the tour, as such modifications are often unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or overbooking.

Circumstances beyond our control, including Force Majeure events, may necessitate alterations to your itinerary. These may include traffic problems, closures of sightseeing spots, flight cancellations, etc. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made. We will make efforts to provide a similar experience, but we shall not be liable for any refunds or compensations due to such changes.

TRAVEL PROGRAM & SERVICES

The scope of the services offered is detailed in the brochures, website listings, and travel confirmation emails. However, changes in individual services may occur after booking. Any such changes will be communicated to you, and alternative arrangements will be made. We aim to maintain the overall experience intact, but deviations from the agreed services will not affect your warranty claims.

PERFORMANCE AND PRICE CHANGES WedStay reserves the right to make minor changes to the agreed services after booking if these changes are necessary and do not substantially affect the overall tour. If there is a need for significant price adjustments due to factors such as currency fluctuations or increases in energy prices, we will notify you. Any price changes exceeding 5% will give you the right to cancel your booking at no extra cost. However, such cancellations must be made within 10 days of being informed of the price change.

BOOKING

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the tour. Please ensure that all required documents for your travel are in order before booking. It is your responsibility to comply with the necessary visa, passport, and health regulations.

PASSPORTS, VISAS, CUSTOMS, FOREIGN EXCHANGE, AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

Before your trip, we will inform you of the most important rules and requirements. However, obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports and visas is your responsibility. WedStay is not liable for any delays in visa processing unless the delay is a direct result of our actions.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE

Unless explicitly stated, the following services are not included in the package price:

• International and domestic flights.
• Single occupancy surcharges, which may apply if you require a room to yourself.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WedStay shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any travel-related issues, such as changes in the itinerary or services, will not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
